April Ministry Update

I made five hats for cancer patients. These were so fun and easy to make. I enjoyed working on them.  

My favorite was this one. I love putting flowers on them. My hope and prayer is that whoever gets it, the bright flower will cheer them up.

This month I decided to make hats for cancer patients. I've always enjoyed making these. Sometimes, if I have the time, I like to put a crocheted flower on the side. It adds a nice touch and I hope it gives the cancer patient a little cheer.

Today I'm finishing a chemo cap that I started yesterday (after I finished writing) and maybe I can make a small gift or something.

Today I made a crocheted cap for someone with cancer. It's pink and green. Love that combination.

Gratefulness Challenge: Day 29

I'm grateful for neighbors. I may have said it before, but I'll say it again.
I just spent two hours with my family talking to a neighbor. She was kind and amazing. She's just had a battle with cancer and seems to be beating it. But she maintains a cheerful attitude through everything.
God has blessed us with some great neighbors.
